TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Dancing Stone agrees to sell the purchaser the items described herein, subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein expressed. 

PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence the order.  The balance is due upon delivery.

Dancing Stone takes full responsibility for its own measurements, but cannot take responsibility for improper fit due to measurements taken by customer or third party.  Measurements are to be verified by customer and signed off on before production can commence.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Dancing Stone offers a one year warranty against defects in workmanship.  Normal wear and tear or abuse by customer is excluded.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Buyer may cancel this contract any time before midnight on the third day after this contract has been signed and the deposit paid.  Thereafter the contract cannot be canceled.

RETURNS
Dancing Stone products are custom made to your specifications and are not returnable.

DISCOUNTS
Cash discounts can be given on non-discounted products only.

DELIVERY
Lead times are 7-10 weeks from payment of deposit. 
Prices quoted include delivery to residence by truck and off-loading.
Dancing Stone is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, lock-outs, acts of God, freight problems or other causes beyond its control. 

INSTALLATION
Dancing Stone does not install its products.  Professional installers need to be contracted by the customer. 

STRUCTURE & MATERIALS
Customer warrants that adequate structural  provisions have been made to bear the weight  of our products.  Dancing Stone will estimate weight of its products upon request. Natural materials such as stone vary in color and texture and will not match samples exactly.  Irregularities, embedded pertifications, pitting, shading and other natural variations are normal.

FULL AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE
This contract constitutes the full and only agreement between the parties, there being no promises, agreements or understanding, written or oral, except as herein set forth.

THE BUYER AGREES TO FOREGOING AND ACKNOWLEDGES THE RECEIPT OF A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT AND, BY HIS OR HER SIGNATURE, ASSENTS THE TERMS HEREIN.  CONTRACT IS NOT VALID UNLESS SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES.
